Started with Greystone Affordable Development: 2010
Will leads the team responsible for sourcing and securing new affordable multifamily development opportunities, as well as establishing strategic partnerships within the affordable housing industry.
Over the past decade at Greystone, Will has been involved in transactions in various capacities that have resulted in the development and/or preservation of approximately 15,000 units of multifamily affordable housing. Will is passionate about affordable housing and community development, and he is active both locally and nationally advocating for the policies that support its development. He serves on several national and regional Boards focused on affordable housing, including those with a concentration on rural housing.
Prior to his tenure at Greystone, Will worked for a large financial services company in New York City, as well as a boutique finance group in Nashville, TN.
Certain observant people have been known to describe Will as “sneaky quick” on the tennis court and many are surprised by his affinity for dancing once the sun goes down.
