Affordable Housing Finance: 2018 Readers’ Choice Awards Finalists Announced

Affordable Housing Finance has announced the finalists in their 2018 Readers’ Choice Awards competition. The Hallmark Florida Preservation Portfolio is currently one of 36 finalists, selected from 153 entries. The finalists are evaluated in ten categories, and the Hallmark transaction is one of three developments being considered in the Preservation category. The Hallmark Companies Inc. is being recognized for the rehabilitation and recapitalization of 1,058 units across 12 Florida counties. Greystone Affordable Development was a Developer Consultant in this statewide pooled transaction, closed in 2016 with construction completed in 2017.

Subscribers to Affordable Housing Finance magazine and newsletter can vote for one developer in each of the individual categories, as well as for one overall winner.
