Melissa is responsible for cash management and financial reporting analysis as well as the construction draw process from initial closing to construction completion and final closeout. She works closely with owners, lenders, and contractors to ensure all funds are received, allocated appropriately, and released in a timely manner.

Loves horror movies, true crime novels and several years ago, she won a year’s worth of shoes from DSW.
