Will is passionate about housing and community and is active both locally and nationally advocating for affordable housing and the policies that support its development. During his time at Greystone, Will has been involved in transactions in various capacities that have resulted in the development and/or preservation of more than 10,000 units of multifamily affordable housing. Prior to his tenure at Greystone, Will worked for a large financial services company in New York City as well as a boutique finance group in Nashville, TN. A Tar Heel and North Carolina native that moved away post college, Will currently resides in Raleigh with his wife and their three active boys.
Certain observant people have been known to describe Will as “sneaky quick” on the tennis court and many are surprised by his affinity for dancing once the sun goes down.
